7. Strict No Refund Policy
NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
All payments made to the Clinic are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, received, or confirmed, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or chargeback shall be entertained. This policy applies to: consultation fees, online consultations, Panchakarma treatments, eye care treatments, wellness packages, therapy sessions, Ayurvedic medicines, health programs, advance bookings, membership plans, and any other service or product offered by the Clinic.

Outstanding balances, deferred payments, post-dated payments, or credit arrangements are not permitted. No exceptions shall be granted unless approved in writing by the management.
